KHDA Wins Two Prestigious UK Awards for Excellence in Education and Customer Happiness

Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has received two distinguished honours at the United Kingdom’s Best Business Awards, recognising its exceptional achievements in raising education quality and enhancing customer happiness across Dubai’s private education sector.

Recognising Excellence in Education Transformation

KHDA was awarded the Best Business Transformation Award for its success in strengthening the quality of education throughout the emirate. The authority’s implementation of a comprehensive quality assurance framework has led to measurable improvements in educational outcomes for students representing more than 180 nationalities and a variety of international curricula.

Leading in Customer Care and Digital Innovation

KHDA also earned the Best Customer Care Award for its extensive digital transformation initiative, which has significantly improved the customer experience within Dubai’s education ecosystem. The initiative included a complete redesign of customer journeys, the introduction of user-friendly self-service tools, and the digitalisation of around 95% of KHDA’s services.

These efforts have made service delivery faster and more transparent, resulting in a 35% reduction in complaints in the first quarter of 2025 and a rise in customer happiness levels to 96%.
