Friday, 21 November 2025, marked the successful launch of the programme’s inaugural Discover Flight ceremony.
Celebrating Exceptional Young Women
ICS proudly congratulates its six exceptional young women selected for the inaugural cohort of 15 future aviators. These students were recognised for their talent, determination and passion for aviation. They were celebrated alongside remarkable role models, including the UAE’s first female Emirati astronaut and influential leaders from across the global aerospace industry.
Unprecedented Access to Aviation
The Discover Flight programme offers selected students an unprecedented opportunity to participate in orientation flights, receive one on one mentorship from pilots, engineers and aviation professionals, and gain direct exposure to career pathways. By connecting young women with real world aviation environments, the programme opens doors to meaningful futures in STEAM, aerospace, engineering and beyond.
