Leadership Reflections
Sahar Cooper, Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Education, commented:
“I have been immensely proud to witness this extraordinary World Schools Summit unfold right here in Abu Dhabi and on the campus of our very own Yasmina British Academy. To see so many brilliant minds from across the globe come together and engage in such meaningful, forward-looking discussions on the future of education has been truly inspiring. Above all, I am incredibly proud of our Yasmina students – their maturity, confidence, and visionary thinking shone through in every EdTalk and performance. They reminded us all of the true purpose behind our work. AI can provide answers, but it cannot inspire a student. It cannot celebrate curiosity or guide someone through failure. As millions of jobs transform under the force of AI, our responsibility as educators is to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit, nurture bold leaders, and equip every learner to turn challenges into opportunities.”
A Launchpad for Global Collaboration
The summit reinforced the vital role of students and educators in shaping the future. Organisers expressed gratitude to Aldar Education, Emirates Foundation, Google, Microsoft, HP and CIFF, along with all delegates and Yasmina British Academy students for their contributions.
The insights, relationships and commitments emerging from the World Schools Summit 2025 are expected to drive meaningful action across schools, systems and communities worldwide, ensuring every learner is prepared to thrive in an increasingly AI powered world.
