We are pleased to announce the launch of “Tailor on Wheels,” a new sustainability initiative by ZAKS Uniforms designed to give school uniforms a second life.
As part of our commitment to sustainability and customer care, this mobile service unit visits partner schools to provide on-site alterations, repairs, and amendments. Staffed by professional tailors, the service allows families to conveniently resize and refresh uniforms directly on school premises. By encouraging reuse and extending garment longevity, we aim to help families reduce unnecessary replacements and minimize textile waste. Mahir Ali, COO of ZAKS Uniforms said,
“Our vision goes beyond supplying uniforms. We aim to provide schools with long-term support, convenience, and sustainable solutions that truly add value to families.”
