How to Get a Free Birthday Snow Pass
Eligible guests can receive complimentary birthday admission by creating an online account at least one month before their birthday, entering their correct date of birth and opting in to receive marketing communications.
Guests who qualify will receive an official Birthday Ticket email seven days before their birthday. The complimentary ticket can be redeemed on the birthday itself or up to seven days before or after the celebration.
Visitors must present the official Birthday Ticket email together with a valid government-issued ID when redeeming their free admission.
Snow Abu Dhabi Launches Summer Savings
Running from 23 July to 30 August 2026, Snow Abu Dhabi is offering two special packages for visitors seeking a cool escape during the summer break.
The Summer Pass, priced at AED 99, includes one-time entry to the Snow Park with unlimited access to popular attractions including the Polar Express Train, Crystal Carousel and Bumper Tubes. The package also includes complimentary fleece gloves and locker rental.
Meanwhile, the Snow Premium package costs AED 199 and offers unlimited access to all nine signature rides and attractions. Visitors also receive a meal at The Lodge Restaurant, a hot chocolate, waterproof gloves and locker rental.
These offers provide families with an affordable day out during the school holidays while giving children the opportunity to enjoy active indoor play in a unique environment.
Snow Oman Introduces Updated Annual Pass
Families visiting Oman can also benefit from a refreshed Snow Oman Annual Pass, priced at OMR 49.5.
The annual pass includes unlimited access to the Snow Park throughout the year, four complimentary ice skating lessons and one Penguin Encounter.
In addition, pass holders receive a 20 per cent discount on retail purchases and food and beverages.
For families who visit regularly, the pass offers year-round value beyond a single visit.
