As one of the most anticipated school events of the year, Dubai Heights Academy is proud to have led a successful International Day, celebrating its incredible multicultural community together under one roof in a rich burst of colour and culture.
Pupils visited each country stall and answered a passport quiz with questions related to those countries
With 58 nationalities represented within the student and staff community, they embraced their similarities and differences through a beautiful display of country stalls, vibrant national dresses, mouth-watering traditional delicacies and fun country-specific activities, led by their supportive parent body. To add an educational twist to the day, pupils visited each country stall and answered a passport quiz with questions related to those countries.
Dubai Heights Academy places importance on recognising all of the different cultures within the school and it is events like these that encourage students to understand their place in the wider community better, as true global citizens. The school owes its success to its wonderfully supportive parents and looks forward to bringing the event back next year on an even bigger and better scale.
