These dedicated sessions are designed to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for people of determination, featuring operational adjustments such as reduced or no background music in both the warm and cold sides, thoughtful interactions from staff, elves, and Santa, and team members who are trained in basic sign language. Wheelchair accessibility is also ensured so that every guest can enjoy a seamless experience.
The Ski Dubai Winter Wonderland Sensory-Friendly Sessions will include Meet Santa on 15 December (06:00 and 07:00 p.m.) and Breakfast with Santa on 15 December (08:00 a.m.), while the Snow Abu Dhabi Sensory-Friendly Sessions will feature Meet Santa from 15 to 19 December at 06:00 p.m.
Santa’s Magical Toy Workshop Comes to Life
For the first time in Winter Wonderland history, Magic Planet is joining forces with Ski Dubai to bring Santa’s Magical Toy Workshop to life in the snow. Guests can step into a world full of frosty fun and toys galore, right next to an interactive colouring station close to Santa’s Grotto.
