Louise Dawson, a UAE-based inclusion consultant and training center owner, has over 12 years of experience in Dubai, eight years in Hong Kong, and 19 years in the UK.
She specialises in supporting people of determination and extends her impact across the Middle East in education, industry, government, and the wider community. Louise has also delivered training in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan and Iraq.
After leading inclusion in three outstanding Dubai schools, Louise is well-versed in educational frameworks, identification of additional needs, and implementing strategies for progress. As the International SEND Ambassador for the National College, she provides hands-on support through strategic leadership and delivers training for TES, Real Training, and EduCare. Louise is also a keen partner with resource providers enabling schools and families access to inclusive resources in the Middle East.
