Dubai has opened the doors to its first big mall since late 2019 – the Dubai Hills Mall from Emaar. The 2,700-acre multi-purpose complex is part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, which is located between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina and was developed with sustainability in mind.
The two-level mall comprises outlets offering a variety of shopping, food, and entertainment concepts, including some of the world’s largest stores, and spans a gross leasable area of 2 million sq ft.
The Dubai-based Apparel Group, for instance, will have 44 stores at Dubai Hills Mall for its different brands, including the region’s first premium Tim Horton’s restaurant under the ‘Innovation Café’ label.
