Junior Swim Team Clinches Victory at Hamdan Sports Complex

Repton Al Barsha has achieved a major sporting milestone by being crowned DASSA Swimming Champions 2025. The school secured the coveted Division 1 title at the highly competitive Primary Swim Finals, held at the world-class Hamdan Sports Complex in Dubai.

Dominating the DASSA Swimming Finals

Organised by the Dubai Affiliated Schools Sports Association (DASSA), the event brought together more than 60 leading schools from across the city. Repton Al Barsha’s Junior Swim Team, made up of 33 talented students from Years 3 to 6, delivered a series of outstanding performances across individual and relay races. Swimmers earned points ranging from 10 for first place to 1 for tenth place, contributing to the school’s overall score.

Thanks to their consistent excellence in the pool, Repton Al Barsha emerged as the overall Division 1 Champion. This historic win marks the first time the school has captured this title, and notably, it also represents a landmark for the Cognita group, as the first Cognita school to receive this prestigious accolade.

Principal Chandini Misra expressed immense pride in the team’s accomplishment.
