Halloween gets bigger, bolder, and scarier as MOTIONGATE™ Dubai unveils Fright Nights 8: Phantasmagoria, the region’s largest Halloween celebration. Running from 1 to 31 October, the park transforms into a chilling cinematic world under the sinister direction of cursed filmmaker Evil M. Reel, bringing together terrifying mazes, live shows, and family-friendly fun.
Chilling Live Shows and Parade Spectacles
At the centre of the festivities is Phantasmagoria, a dark theatrical performance hosted by Evil M. Reel at the Hollywood Theatre. Combining dance, illusion, and old-world horror storytelling, the show blurs reality and fiction with haunting imagery and surreal stage effects.
As darkness descends, the park erupts in the Fright Nights Parade, featuring zombies, monsters, and horror icons marching through the streets. With stunts, dance acts, and eerie performances, the parade offers a high-energy finale to the night.
Haunted Mazes and Interactive Horrors
This year’s lineup of mazes takes terror to new heights. Visitors can face The Mummy Maze, explore the cursed tombs of ancient Egypt, or journey through The Tale of La Llorona, inspired by Mexico’s most haunting legend.
The SAW Maze immerses thrill-seekers in the twisted world of the infamous movie franchise, while Vampire’s Inn lures guests into a gothic dinner gone wrong. Meanwhile, The Strangers Interactive Experience recreates the tension of the cult horror film, where masked figures stalk every corner.

While the night belongs to horror fans, younger visitors can enjoy Halloween magic of their own. At Smurf Village Playhouse, kids can join the Smurfs for a dance party, candy grab, and meet-and-greet.
