Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is marking its 20th anniversary with a month-long celebration filled with exclusive gifts, discounts, and fun surprises for residents and visitors. Whether travelling by Metro, tram, or bus, or arriving at Dubai International Airport, everyone can join in the festivities.
Exclusive Dubai Tram Rewards
From 22 October to 2 November, frequent riders on the Dubai Tram can win the Entertainer UAE 2026 booklet, featuring over 10,000 two-for-one offers.
Welcome Gifts at Dubai Airport
Travellers arriving at Dubai International Airport between 28 October and 1 November can join a special photo challenge. Participants will receive a welcome pack and have the chance to be featured on RTA’s social media pages.
Giveaways at Metro Stations
From 1 to 15 November, visitors can head to ENBD kiosks at BurJuman, Union and Mall of the Emirates Metro Stations to collect giveaways and learn about the Go4it Card.
Grab Free Gifts in 20 Seconds
Bus commuters can enjoy giveaways at Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and Insurance Market Metro Station on 1 November. At the RTA20 booth, participants will have 20 seconds to grab gifts ranging from electronics to chocolates.
Photobooths and Family Fun
On 1 November, commuters can visit BurJuman Metro Station to pose in giant art frames and collect digital photos from the RTA photobooth between 9am and 5pm.
Balloons and Smiles
Festivities continue with ‘Balloons and Smiles’ events on 1 November at BurJuman Metro Station (9am), Onpassive Metro Station, Sobha Realty Tram Station (10am), Insurance Market Metro Station and Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre (11am).
Discounts on Entertainment and Online Shopping
Residents can enjoy 20 per cent off cinema tickets at Roxy Cinemas from 1 to 5 November using the promo code RTA20. The same code also gives a 20 per cent discount on Noon orders during the same period.
Limited Edition Metro Cards
To mark the milestone, the RTA is releasing Limited Edition nol cards across all Metro Stations from 1 to 30 November, making them a collector’s item for commuters and transport enthusiasts alike.
