DIY Oatmeal Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
  • 1 tbsp live, organic yoghurt (skip the flavoured yoghurt)
  • A few drops of honey

Method:

  • Mix yoghurt and oatmeal in a small bowl
  • Add a few drops of honey into the mixture
  • Apply the mask all over the face and relax for 10-15 minutes
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water
  • Apply moisturiser
